The room is a decent size and neat with 2 beds. the location is comfy and decent, close to a very nice modern mall, convention center, and various sightseeing spots or golf courses.

Fairly clean place and excellent co-operating staff, liked decent and excellent location. The room was neat and well-appointed with comfy beds, and I slept very well. Location: the hotel was near to the historical sites, the various sightseeing or golf, and the airport. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Habaneros that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Well-appointed and spotless rooms, perfect for a great stay in Mérida. Very comfy bed and amenities such as pay television, a laptop-compatible safe, and a microwave oven in the room. - Good and convenient location next to a mall, making it easy to explore the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near Merida for business and shopping. There is a Starbucks cafe within a 10-minute walk. The double room is of average size and equipped with a safe box, TV with multiple channels, and a fridge. The breakfast provided is good and included.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Mexico and it was absolutely amazing! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. As soon as I stepped into my room, I was greeted by a pleasant aroma and a beautifully decorated space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had all the necessary amenities such as a mini-fridge and great lighting. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not noisy at all. It truly felt like I was staying at a luxurious American hotel.

The room was comfortable with central heating, an individual safe, and pay television. the bed was good, and I slept like a baby. the hotel's location was magnificent, with a museum and a movie theater nearby. Shopping centers and nice stores were also close to the venue.

The location was comfy and close to Juega y Juega. the staff were extremely helpful and the food was great. the room was a decent size, spotless, with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer.

Additionally, the hotel's location near the Centro and the convenience of a supermarket nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the limited menu for room service and having to go down for every food delivery.
